Restoring Every Square Inch
Square Inch Houston exists to renew our neighborhood socially and spiritually by forming Christ-like, gospel-shaped, educated leaders who take ownership of the transformation of their neighborhoods.
The SALT Scholars Program was launched in the fall of 2019. Each year since then, we have supported cohorts of up to 4 college students through our Christian leadership development program. In this program, each student is provided
- a tuition-based scholarship to help them with their tuition and school-related expenses;
- Christian community and discipleship via their cohort, Square Inch Houston staff, and a customized curriculum;
- professional mentoring where each student is paired with a mentor in their field of study;
- opportunities for community engagement via education, partnership, and service.
